Plug-and-play, rapid deployment

Thanks to multi-sensor navigation and edge intelligence, the robot requires no site modifications, platform integration, or complex deployment. Rapid site mapping and configuration shorten deployment time and accelerate time-to-value.

AI-Native Intelligence, Autonomous Operations

AI-Native intelligence enables storage occupancy detection, load carrier recognition, and clearance assessment for autonomous operation in dynamic warehouses. This reduces manual checks, site adjustments, and commissioning.

AI Load Carrier Recognition

Supports standard three-stringer pallets and closed-base pallets, and automatically learns to recognize non-standard load carriers for accurate fork entry and stable transport.

Compatible with three-stringer pallets and closed-base pallets.

Compatible with non-standard load carriers.

AI Storage Detection, Seamless Pallet Handling

Detects storage location occupancy and pallet positions, then selects the correct target and plans the route for each deposit or retrieval action. This completes the handling cycle without manual confirmation.

Adaptive Alignment, Precise Fork Entry

Automatically adapts to manually placed pallets with an offset of up to 15 cm and an angle of up to 15°, minimizing manual intervention for reliable operation in complex environments.

Intelligent Clearance Assessment

Detects the dimensions and contours of the load to calculate the required clearance for safe passage in real time. Overcomes thresholds up to 10 mm and gaps up to 35 mm in complex environments.

Intelligent Fleet Orchestration

Distributed fleet orchestration enables each robot to make independent decisions and plan routes, with inter-robot communication ensuring efficient coordination. Even offline, the fleet continues to operate in sync.

Fork Insertion in 20 Sec, Fast Pick-Up

With fork insertion in 20 seconds and speeds of up to 1.6 m/s unloaded and 1.2 m/s loaded, the robot shortens cycle times and accelerates material flow for higher throughput.

More Storage in Narrow Aisles

Performs 90° pallet pickup in aisles as narrow as 2 m wide, with a pallet clearance of up to 15 cm. Maximizes storage space and supports business growth without facility expansion.

Omni-Sense Safety

Depth cameras, 3D LiDAR, and other sensors form a multi-layered safety system that detects people, equipment, and obstacles in real time. Even in complex mixed-traffic environments, the system identifies risks, avoids hazards, and issues clear warnings.

360° perception for safer navigation

Dynamic obstacles, intelligent avoidance and stopping

Static obstacles, autonomous rerouting

Flexible Dual Operating Mode

Switches seamlessly between autonomous and manual mode, executing routine tasks independently while allowing operator support when needed, for reliable, continuous operation.

IoT Integration and Control

Tasks can be dispatched via PUDU Link, APIs, voice commands, or task buttons. Optional integration with elevator control, automatic doors, and other IoT devices enables flexible task triggering and device coordination.
